--Cindy Smith, Nashville, TN

"Thank you so much, NiteLites, for the outstanding impact your landscape lighting had on increasing our home’s beauty and also the security it gave us for our home and property. We appreciate the time and hard work in the hot sun that Roger, Brandon and Erwin did. They took into consideration my ideas but also added their experience to the job. We are very pleased. Thank you!"

NiteLites of Dayton Landscape Lighting Enhances Historical Beauty of the 2010 Dayton Philharmonic Volunteer Association Showhouse

NiteLites of Dayton Landscape Lighting will provide lighting for the Dayton Philharmonic Volunteer Association's 2010 Show House and Gardens. The event will be held June 18 - 27 from 10am - 8pm at the 'Mission Manor' Home at 201 E. Schantz Avenue in Dayton.  Demonstrations and tutorials from local designers and landscape professionals will take place each day and local restauranteurs and boutique owners will have tents throughout the courtyard. Admission is $15.00 per day.  Taken from www.dpva.org, "Due to the historic nature of the building, the following admittance restrictions apply: the Show House is NOT handicapped accessible. Children under the age of 10 will not be admitted as well as babes in arms. No photography permitted. No weapons of any kind permitted."

Local Dayton outdoor lighting designers, Jim and Tracy Landsiedel are honored to provide the landscape illuminations for this year's showhouse. "The Dayton Philharmonic Volunteer Association is such a wonderful charity organization to be affiliated with. The Schantz / Mission Manor Home has so much history and a multitude of architectural features; we are grateful to be able to showcase and enhance the exterior of such a beautiful Dayton landmark.," stated Ms. Landsiedel.

NiteLites Commercial and Residential Outdoor Lighting strives to create a distinctive luxurious and dramatic look with their custom designed low voltage and LED lighting systems.  The process starts with an evening lighting consultation and demonstration.  A professional lighting designer will meet with property owners to identify their objectives, and then strategically place the exact fixtures with the most appropriate brightness to illuminate facades, architectural details, trees, gardens, statues, decks, patios, gazebos, ponds, pool areas and fountains.  Once the NiteLites custom outdoor lighting system is installed, the property benefits from the creation of a luxurious and welcoming ambiance, increased safety with properly illuminated driveways and walkways, enhanced security through the illumination of dark areas of the property, extended hours gained while entertaining on deck and patio areas, and increased property value and curb appeal.
