NiteLites takes great pride in the workmanship and craftsmanship of our specification grade low voltage lighting and outdoor LED systems. Because of the care we take in manufacturing and installing our systems, we offer one of the best warranties in the industry.

Residential Warranty

Our warranty includes a limited lifetime promise to protect you against the costs of manufacturing defects on fixtures for as long as the original purchaser owns the product, and a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects on transformers as long as the original purchaser owns the product. The warranty on cable and wiring included in your lighting system, and installed by NiteLites, is also 10 years, so long as the product is tracked using our authorized warranty system. Our light bulbs have a one-year warranty, which can be carried over as long as NiteLites services the system. By enrolling in the annual maintenance program, the bulb warranty is carried over year after year.

Your NiteLites' system is tracked by completing and submitting the warranty card at the time of installation. Alternatively, you may register your NiteLites' system warranty online here.

Our guarantee affords you the peace of mind that the money invested in your lighting system will provide you enjoyment and pleasure for many years without creating the added burden of system maintenance.

Commercial Warranty

Our warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship in NiteLites' lighting fixtures and transformers installed at commercial properties after January 1, 2007. "Commercial property" means real property used for any purpose other than a single-family residence, and includes property used for commercial purposes (such as apartment and office buildings) and property owned or used by a government agency, school, church, an association of home or condominium owners, co-op, or other organization.

This warranty lasts for five years after you purchase the product, or until the original purchaser sells the real property on which the product is installed, whichever occurs first. As with the residential warranty, your NiteLites' system is tracked by completing and submitting the warranty card at the time of installation.
