Our Cincinnati and Dayton outdoor lighting experts will add one of their custom lighting systems to the John Henry home at the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati 2009 Homearama. The festivities kick off Friday, September 11th, with a private preview party, and is open to the public September 12-27. Weekday hours are 4:00pm – 10:00pm and Noon -10:00pm on weekends. Tickets are $9.00 for adults and children 12 and under will be admitted free if accompanied by an adult. Discount tickets are also available at area Kroger locations for $7.00. No tickets or admittance will be allowed after 8:30 pm.

Attendees of Homearama will be pleasantly surprised with the changes slated for 2009. As well as tours of the exquisite homes, various demonstrations and workshops will be available throughout the two-week event. The homes have been reformatted to reflect the economic times; each one will feature a bedroom completely furnished and decorated for only $2500.00. Homearama will be featured in the Carmelle development, which consists of more intimate homes than shows of the past, varying from 4,400 – 6553 sq ft, but is still upscale enough to feature two swimming pools and playfields for community members. Directions to the development are available at the Homearama website www.cincybuilders.com/homeshow.

Our Cincinnati and Dayton owner/operators will highlight the architectural features of The Winchester, by John Henry Homes and bring the landscape to life by casting a soft glow over the flowers and shrubs. From www.johnhenryhomes.com, the Winchester “features approximately 5600 square feet with custom finishes designed by award-winning architect Mark Dierkers. The home features an extraordinarily spacious master retreat with dramatic sitting room, two-sided fireplace, walk-in shower, an enormous walk-in closet, chef’s kitchen with both a butler’s pantry and a walk-in pantry, a great room with voluminous 10′ ceilings, 6 full bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, a second floor great room for family entertainment and a covered patio and paver patio with fire pit.”

Here at NiteLites, we strive to create a distinctive luxurious and dramatic look with all of our low voltage and LED lighting systems. The process starts with an evening lighting consultation and demonstration. Their lighting designers meet with property owners to identify their objectives, and then strategically place the exact fixtures with the most appropriate brightness to illuminate facades, architectural details, trees, gardens, statues, decks, patios, gazebos, ponds, pool areas, and fountains. Once one of our custom outdoor lighting systems is installed, the property benefits from the creation of a luxurious and welcoming ambiance, increased safety for those navigating the pathways, enhanced security through the illumination of dark areas of the property, ‘new’ evening alfresco areas for entertaining, and increased property value and curb appeal.

Our lighting designers only use low voltage systems because of the unparalleled light quality, the widest variety of lighting applications, the minimal impact on the environment, and because of safety afforded to the location’s inhabitants. Additionally, low voltage lighting systems are less expensive than line voltage systems and cost substantially less to install and to operate.

We offer only the highest quality lighting fixtures and transformers which are manufactured exclusively for our customers. The fixtures are copper and brass and are acid etched for a look that lasts a lifetime, not painted which can chip or peel. Their lights are made to be the last outdoor lighting system that will ever need to be purchased. We are confident enough in our products that we offer an industry leading warranty. While home improvement outlets may offer fixtures at a much lower price, much of our business comes from replacement of those fixtures because they do not last.

We partner with architects, builders, developers, landscapers, and landscape architects. The NiteLites team has the expertise for any commercial outdoor lighting projects, including Neighborhood Entryways, Amenity Centers, Marinas, Community Common Areas, Condominium Complexes, Country Clubs, Restaurants, and Pool Areas. Because contractors are pleased with the quality of products that we install, and the unique application of light that showcases their projects, many offer the systems as an option at their design centers so clients can have lighting included in their new home package. Also, the fact that we use energy efficient products is particularly attractive to their building colleagues because of the rapidly growing popularity of “Green Building”. Contractors know that by specifying NiteLites on their projects, they can have the confidence that their clients are getting the best value on the market as well as excellent worry-free product support.
