Our Cincinnati and Dayton location representatives will be custom designing lighting systems at Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati 2014 Homearama. The festivities kick off Saturday July 12th and are open to the public through July 28th.

Weekday hours are 4:00pm – 10:00pm and Noon -10:00pm on weekends. Tickets are $13.00 for adults and children 12 and under will be admitted free if accompanied by an adult. Discount tickets are also available at area Kroger locations for $11.00. No tickets or admittance will be allowed after 9:00pm.

Attendees of Homearama will be invited to tour 10 luxurious homes on the Carriage Hill property. As well as tours of the exquisite homes, various demonstrations and workshops will be available throughout the two-week event. Homearama will be featured in the Oaks Reserve development, which consists of 15 homes for sale and 10 prepared for the show.

We will highlight the architectural features of La Maison des Reves by W.V. DeStefano Homes and bring the landscape to life by casting a soft glow over the flowers and shrubs. You will also find us transforming The Summer Breeze by The Leland Group into an evening radiant work of art.

Our lighting designers only use low voltage systems because of the unparalleled light quality, the widest variety of lighting applications, the minimal impact on the environment, and the safety afforded to the location’s inhabitants. Additionally, low volt lighting systems are less expensive than line voltage systems and cost substantially less to install and to operate.

We also partner with architects, builders, developers, landscapers, and landscape architects. Our team has the expertise for any commercial outdoor lighting projects: neighborhood entryways, amenity centers, marinas, community common areas, condominium complexes, country clubs, restaurants, and pool areas.

Because building contractors and professionals appreciate the quality of products that we install and the unique application of light that showcases their projects, many offer the systems as an option at their design centers so clients can have lighting included in their new home package. Also, the fact that NiteLites uses energy efficient products is particularly attractive to their building colleagues because of the rapidly growing popularity of “Green Building” and becoming LEED certified. Contractors know that by specifying NiteLites on their projects, they can have the confidence that their clients are getting the best value on the market as well as excellent worry-free product support.
