With the spread of COVID-19 across the world, we would like to communicate how NiteLites is addressing this grave issue. Keeping both our clients and our team safe is the highest priority. We have employed some strategies that may sound familiar but highly necessary to maintain the utmost safety for our clients and our team.
Due to the nature of our business, NiteLites is open for business and happily serving new and existing clients with critical safety measures in place. While being stuck at home might seem endearing, this could be a great time to catch up on your home improvement projects while still maintaining social distancing.
NiteLites is operating within the CDC guidelines, and we are happy to conduct initial contact via Skype, Facetime, similar applications, or directly over the phone. We will walk your property at a scheduled time and take any necessary notes and photos to provide a custom estimate or assess any servicing needs without personal contact. In some cases, we may need to enter the garage to install or service the transformer and will only do so with your prior approval. Estimates, proposals, and invoices will be sent electronically. Payment can be made over the phone or online by E-check or credit card.
We request that if any of your family or recent visitors have been sick or have recently shown symptoms, please make our team aware so we can take extra precautions. Any of our team that has displayed any signs of cold or flu are immediately sent home. We will gladly reschedule your appointment until your home is clear to receive visitors.
NiteLites has been in business for well over 20 years, weathering many storms throughout the years. Our goal has always been to provide the best customer service while keeping your lights on, even in the darkest of times.
