Annual Maintenance

We offer ongoing support and maintenance for our lighting systems.

NiteLites offers optional annual maintenance programs to keep your system running in optimal condition. Thus, our clients never have to worry about the cost, materials, or labor required to maintain their lighting system.

Option #1

MVP (Maintenance Value Program)

The Maintenance Value Program is for our most discriminating clients who demand the highest level of service available in the industry. We offer priority service response (48 hour response time guaranteed), regular visual inspections, even billing plans, and no charge service calls. All of this in addition to our regular service listed below:

  • Replacement of all bulbs – halogen only.
  • Landscape trimming around fixtures and transformers.
  • Movement of fixtures to accommodate growth of landscaping.
  • Cleaning of the lens covers – inside and outside.
  • Straightening and adjusting of all fixtures.
  • Testing the transformer voltage and adjusting, if necessary.
  • Checking the timer and photocell.

In addition, if the system or any part of the system should malfunction, a NiteLites professional will diagnose and repair the problem. The MVP program includes all service call charges and service charges related to the system. You will also have priority installation on system expansions.

  • You agree to program within 365 days of installation.
  • NiteLites will make a visual inspection of your system monthly.
  • Rates will be locked in with no surcharges to be applied.

Option #2

Annual Maintenance Program

The Annual Maintenance Program, AMP is the most popular service program. The AMP program includes regular service listed below. Lamps have a rated life of approximately one year depending on the amount of time the system runs per night.

  • Replacement of all bulbs – halogen only.
  • Landscape trimming around fixtures and transformers.
  • Movement of fixtures to accommodate growth of landscaping.
  • Cleaning of the lens covers – inside and outside.
  • Straightening and adjusting of all fixtures.
  • Testing the transformer voltage and adjusting, if necessary.
  • Checking the timer and photocell.
  • Rates will be locked in with no surcharges to be applied.

The system will be scheduled to be serviced annually.

  • NiteLites will schedule service approximately 1 year from date of installation.
  • The steps listed above will be performed.
  • AMP program will be charged annually at current rate of service.

Option #3

Call in Service

  • $95.00* service charge for first 30 minutes, and $75.00* per hour for additional hours (billed in 15 minute increments).
  • Light replacement per fixtures as needed.
  • Cost of bulbs not included in service charge.
  • Other services as needed.
