Different levels of service come with the options our customers have when it comes to protecting their outdoor lighting system.

The most popular option is the Annual Maintenance Program (AMP). Customers with the AMP enjoy one comprehensive service visit per year. This service call is scheduled at the customer’s convenience and ensures that the lighting system is as functional as the day it was installed, year after year.

The Maintenance Value Program (MVP) gives homeowners the satisfaction of having our technicians come out to service any and all issues with the system, any number of times, for one flat annual fee. This program includes a monthly visual inspection by a NiteLites professional. This is a great way to eliminate the uncertainty of any service fees that could otherwise accumulate throughout the year.

Finally the latest program is the new LED Maintenance Program (LED MP) that offers the same great benefits as an AMP but is specific for LED customers. Halogen low voltage bulbs are slowly being phased out and replaced with outdoor LEDs, and all our new installs are LED.  These landscape lighting systems are eco-friendly and demand less maintenance.  The LED MP is the most popular option to upkeep outdoor lighting systems.
