Preventative LED Maintenance Program 1
Semiannual (LEDSA)
- 2 Comprehensive Visits Yearly – Completed Semiannually
- Trim Landscaping around fixtures & transformers
- Straighten & Adjust fixtures
- Reposition fixtures to accommodate changes in landscape
- Clean Lens Covers
- Check Transformer Voltage
- Check voltage taps to fixtures & inspect/adjust timers or photocells
- Priority Response Time – 5 Business Days
- No service charge
Contract is valid for One year from date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
*LED Modules are not included in the cost of this service contract. This Contract includes items installed by NiteLites. GFI Resets, Cut Lines, damage by other parties or Acts of God are not covered under this contract. A standard Trip fee plus materials will be billed for trips of this sort.

- 4 Comprehensive Visits Yearly – Completed Quarterly

Service Call
When You Are Not Signed Up for a Preventative Maintenance Plan
- Standard service charge for first 30 minutes, and an additional charge per hour thereafter (prorated in 15 minute increments).
- Light replacement per fixtures as needed.
- Cost of bulbs not included in service charge.
- Other services as needed.
