I appreciated the promptness of the appointments for consult/proposal and for the installation. Each person was friendly and able to clarify any questions. The design was just what I was looking for and I couldn't be happier with the nighttime appearance of my house--a huge improvement over the self-installed big box store package we had been using. Money well spent!
